We do not stage homes… we photograph them!
If you have requests for particular images, angles, or views; please submit them in writing or on our online signup form at least 24 hours before the shoot. We are happy to accommodate your requests but we really need them communicated in writing.
Once your photo shoot has been scheduled with the photographer, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or to re-schedule or you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee! Exception: You can have us shoot a different house (substitute houses) as long as it is done on the same day/time you are scheduled for, no fee will be charged for this change.
Images will be taken of the inside and outside of the house “as is” on the day of the shoot. Requesting a view image is fine, but remember: We will shoot whatever the house and view are like at the time of the photo shoot. If there is a car in the driveway or furniture or other small items that you do not want in the photos, you are responsible for changing this before the shoot. Any images involving special weather conditions, views, waterfalls, wildlife or other uncontrollable natural phenomena will be photographed “as is” at the time of the shoot. If you don’t like some or any of the photos you can request a re-shoot.
Re-shoots will be offered with a minimum fee of $65.00 per hour and will be scheduled at our first opportunity. Contact us if you are interested in a re-shoot and we will quote you a price for what you want done.
If we deliver an image with technical flaws we will fix the image at no cost to you or discount the shoot to reflect our mistake. Technical flaws include poor focus, or exposure problems.
Content and Composition We have developed a unique artistic style designed to appeal to homebuyers. It is the responsibility of of the person requesting the shoot to familiarize themselves with our style and decide if it is right for them before agreeing to hire us.
If you do not like the images you do not have to pay for them. However if you do not pay for the shoot, you cannot use any of the images.
Photography copyright: A client who purchases a photgraphic package is granted rights to use the images to market the subject property until it is sold or the listing expires. Client is not granted rights to distribute the images to third parties for any purpose other than marketing the property for sale. All rights not specifically granted remain with the photographer.
